Tuesday Trends:London Fashion Week by Keeley

So, this week saw the world’s best designers descend on catwalks in good old LONDON town. The beautiful venue for this annual extravaganza was the British foreign and commonwealth office. Seeing pictures of this stunning place got me thinking just how good the grand entrance hall at the Royal Courts of Justice would be as a catwalk.

My Instagram has been jammed packed with highlights from the shows and it was lovely seeing Victoria Beckham taking her family along for a front row preview of her catwalk collection on Sunday. For the rest of us we can but dream about all things catwalk.

Here are my good and bad highlights from the week so far……..

Abbey Clancy– Bad Bralet mistake honey

This dress from Molly Goddard is like a bathroom body puff sponge meets my Nan’s curtains. I am really not keen on this but who am I to judge?

Thornton bregazzi was going for the ruffles and gothic silhouettes. One thing that is blatantly obvious from this years show is that pastel colours are in which is great news for me as I love them.

The pastel shades continue with this yellow trouser suit by Osman studios and the Roberta einers collection

Not sure where you would wear this. Don’t think you would get away with it at a seminar. Perhaps a silks party. Depends how well you know the newly crowned silk I suppose……..

So all in all, it would appear that pastel colours are in for next season but a mass spray of Pom poms probably not……….
