These are absolutely stunning photos of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, from yesterday’s funeral of Prince Philip.

The most heartbreaking image from the funeral of her husband, Her majesty, the Queen, sitting alone in St George’s chapel in Windsor.
I met Helen Mcrory a few times at film premieres and art exhibitions around London. She was usually with her husband Damian Lewis. They were always friendly and down to earth.
I took this photo at the premiere of Loving Vincent where I asked her a few questions about the film.
Around the same time I saw her excellent performance in the stage play for Terence Rattigan’s The deep blue sea.
Of-course she is being mourned today by Peaky Blinders fans for the complex, layered character of aunt Polly Gray and by Harry Potter fans for her role as Narcisa Malfoy. But Helen Mcrory is a loss for stage, tv and film screen as well as the charities she actively supported.

This is an incredibly cool photo of Prince Philip and the Queen.
What a supportive relationship and marriage. 81 years knowing each other. 73 year marriage. The end of an era. RIP the Queen’s rock.

RIP Prince Philip. The Duke of Edinburgh. Her majesty the Queen’s rock for 70 years.

About Us

In 2019 there were over 128,000 solicitors in the United Kingdom and over 16,000 barristers.

As lawyers, we have a unique lifestyle: we travel to far flung courts at a moment’s notice; we eat on the go; we have a very particular dress code; we work unusual hours; and whilst we are a popular subject for films and television dramas, we are also one of the least popular professionals in the eyes of the public.
