Cocktail Conversations: Arabian Delight

Our friend Arleen from www.nazanitea.com is helping us to ring in 2021 in style despite the Covid-19 restrictions which will keep most of us at home this New Year’s Eve. Arabian Delight Cocktail

An exotic and powerful, yet simple alcoholic take on the Arabian Sunrise, bringing together traditional chai flavours from Asia (used in our selected spiced gin) with the honey-like sweetness of our ultra-rare wild Caucasian safflower, a popular Middle East flavour. This cocktail has been designed to look as beautiful as the sun rising over the Arabian Desert.

Recipe for 4 glasses

Ingredients

2g                  Nazani Tea safflower

200ml  Gunshot Gin by Gin Bothy (spiced with cinnamon, cloves and mixed spices)

200ml          spring water

8                   cardamom pods

8                   cloves

4                   cinnamon sticks
