Tuesday Trends: ESPA Muscle Rescue Balm
Our lockdown beauty clinics, earlier in the summer, brought us many great recommendations from the beauty therapists who took part. But it was an itsalawyerlife reader, Anne-Marie Hamer, who brought ESPA Muscle Rescue Balm to our attention.
She,intriguingly, described it as ‘like a massage in a bottle.’

A truly amazing product. After application you actually feel it sinking into your troubled areas (my shoulders and neck). The balm creates a warming sensation. The smell is soothing and lovely. I slept well for the first time in weeks and woke up with good good movement in my left arm which had been aching for days. I’ll try it on my knees tonight. It beats the usual gels and creams you get for aches and pains.
